Click on any article on your company page that is very interesting and can be both entertaining and informative for your viewers to read.
Click on Edit Post.
Once you click on the article you like, find Visibility
below Status and next to Public click on Edit.
Since there are three choices to choose from, 
Select Public and under that click on box “Stick this post to the front page”.
Once complete click OK.
Click on Update then the next thing that
should happen is your article should be placed posted in front of WordPress company page.
